Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are LED balloons suitable for children to play with?
A: They are decorative items for adult setup, not infant toys. Keep batteries, uninflated balloons, broken balloon pieces and light strings out of children's reach. If a cell battery may have been swallowed, seek emergency medical help immediately.
Q: Can I use them for wedding receptions, proposals or birthdays?
A: Yes. The illuminated clear balloons are listed for those celebrations. Weatherproofing is not specified, so keep electrical components dry and protected rather than assuming outdoor weather resistance.
Q: Can these balloons be a gift for a party planner?
A: They can be a decorating gift for an adult host. Choose the light color, pack quantity and balloon size that match their event; gift packaging is not specified.
Q: How do I inflate the clear Bobo balloons?
A: Follow the package instructions and stretch the balloon body and neck before inflation as directed in the listing. Use a balloon pump or helium tank, not mouth inflation. Air-filled balloons do not float; helium is needed for floating displays.
Q: Are batteries, a balloon pump and helium included?
A: The listing specifies cell batteries and LED light strings. A pump and helium are required separately and are not identified as included. Adults should replace batteries using the correct type specified on the battery holder.
Q: Is this a STEM activity or electronics learning kit?
A: No. It is party decoration equipment, not a children's STEM kit. Battery handling and assembly should be carried out by adults.
