Before purchase: For US use, the supplier directs buyers to the North South America version. This regional label and the listed LTE bands do not establish approval or compatibility with a particular US carrier. Confirm exact variant bands, device acceptance, VoLTE support and a compatible Nano SIM plan with your carrier. Location, calls and SOS depend on service, coverage, battery and setup; they are not guaranteed and do not replace adult supervision or emergency services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this LT31 smartwatch suitable for my child?
A: It is marketed as a children's smartwatch, but minimum age and wrist measurements are not supplied. Check fit and manufacturer guidance and arrange adult setup. It should not be assumed suitable for infants.
Q: Will GPS, video calls and SOS work with my US carrier?
A: Compatibility is not confirmed. The supplier recommends the North South America version for US buyers, but your carrier must confirm the exact model, bands, VoLTE and SIM plan. Test the configured features locally; location readings and SOS calls cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
Q: Is it a useful birthday or holiday gift?
A: It may suit a family interested in a connected children's watch after carrier and app compatibility are confirmed. A separately purchased SIM and service plan may be required, so discuss those requirements before gifting.
Q: How do I set up the Nano SIM and Setracker2 app?
A: Follow the supplied instructions. The source says to charge the watch, turn it off before inserting an unlocked Nano SIM without a SIM PIN, then power it on and allow the network to connect. Follow app pairing instructions, review privacy permissions and test contacts, calls and location functions with an adult.
Q: What accessories are included?
A: The listed package contains one watch, a USB cable, product instructions and a gift box. A SIM card is expressly excluded, and a cellular plan, wall adapter or spare strap is not listed.
Q: Is this a STEM learning watch?
A: Calculator, timing and listed math-game functions may support informal numeracy and technology exploration with an adult. No STEM curriculum, educational certification or guaranteed learning outcomes are documented.
